Registration online: Please ensure you fill out the registration details correctly, including the class you would like to attend. If you find you would like to change classes once confirmation has been sent, I will try my best to swap the classes for you however, please note this could be difficult, especially if the term has begun and classes are full, therefore it is not always guaranteed. Please note by registering your toddler you are also agreeing to adhere to our terms and conditions as set as below.
Illness: Parents are asked to keep their children at home if they have a serious infection and to inform the setting as to the nature of the infection so that other parents can be alerted.
Twins Discount: I offer a twin / sibling discount for 1 parent per 2 children. Discount: 1st child is charged at full price and the 2nd child is charged at ½ price.
Other Siblings: Our classes are designed for babies from the age of 13 months - 4.5 years old only. Babies in arms are more than welcome to come along at no extra charge.
Refunds/Cancellations of classes: Toddler Sense will endeavour to run classes during bad weather e.g. treacherous snow conditions. However, should classes need to be cancelled you will be notified on the Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/toddlersenseeastgrinstead/). Alternatively, you can contact me at anytime on 07583 344 045 or via email on [email protected]. Toddler Sense has the right to cancel classes without refund in exceptional circumstances beyond my control (fire, flood, serious illness, treacherous snow etc) but if possible I will run a catch up class at an alternative time, however, this is not guaranteed. Once payment has been received places are secured.
All places are non-refundable and non-transferable. Toddler Sense is under no obligation to refund or transfer your money in the event that you are unable to attend part of or the entire course. You are however welcome to join me at one of my other venues, alternatively you can offer your place to a friend as a gift. If you want to offer your place to another person, please notify me as soon as possible so that I can amend my registers. Thank you for your cooperation.
Data Protection: The information on registration form contains personal data. Toddler Sense will record, process and keep your personal information secure in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Information will not be passed/sent out to a third party.
