Toddler Sense East Surrey Terms and Conditions
Registration: To book a Toddler Sense place, please follow the online booking process. Please ensure that you fill out the registration details fully and correctly, including the class that you would like to attend. If you find you would like to change classes once confirmation has been sent, we will try our best to swap the classes for you. However, please note that this could be difficult, especially if the term has begun and classes are full - therefore being able to change class is not guaranteed. Please note that by registering your child and completing payment you are also agreeing to adhere to these terms and conditions.
Health and Safety: Children must be supervised by the adult who brings them to Toddler Sense at all times. In particular, children must be constantly supervised on the bouncy castles . Children must remove their outdoor shoes and socks for the play area and activity area for safety reasons (they can either be barefoot or bring grip-socks to put on for the classes). Adults must also remove their outdoor shoes for both the play area and activity area. Food and drinks are not allowed in the play area or activity area at any time. However, space permitting, an area will be set aside at each venue where you and your child can have a drink or snack. Please make us aware if your child has any allergies, special requirements or medical conditions. This information will be treated in confidence and with sensitivity. If your child has a serious infection (such as chickenpox), please keep them at home until your doctor has given the all-clear to return to classes. In the instance of sickness and diarrhoea, your child must have been clear of all symptoms for at least 48 hours before returning to classes. In the event of illness, please do let us know.
Commitment to Equal Opportunities: Toddler Sense has a commitment to ensure that the equipment and activities are of equal value and of equal worth to everyone regardless of race, culture, language, gender, age, experience, religion, background, ability or disabilities.
Policies: Toddler Sense East Surrey also has a detailed Child Protection Policy, Health and Safety Policy, Fire Policy, and Risk Assessments. If you would like to view any of these documents or have any queries about these, please contact us.
Other Siblings: We are aware that lots of parents do have other children. However, please note that our classes are designed for children aged from 13 months to a maximum of 4 years only. Younger babies (aged between birth and 12 months) attending with their older sibling must be supervised at all times. Please be aware that if children are aged above 4 years they will not be able to play on the equipment or participate in the activities due to health and safety reasons.
Valuables: Any property left in vehicles, in buggies, in the entrance halls, by the sidelines, or elsewhere at the Toddler Sense venues is left at your own risk. Toddler Sense East Surrey cannot accept any responsibility for the loss or damage of any of your personal possessions.
