Mini Professors is now running in your area! This innovative and fun class for pre-school children will open up a whole new world of scientific adventure to your child. Every week we cover a new and exciting topic and each lesson is packed full of experiments, singing, stories and loads of fun. The classes are very popular, so book early to avoid disappointment.
Feel free to visit a class but please call in advance to ensure places are available.
Mini professors classes are run by Karon Bearon.
Term fees are £71.75 for the 11 week term and £78 for the 12 week term.
If you join mid term then you only pay for the week you attend from - each session is £6.50
These are Mini Professors booking terms and conditions. Please read before booking a place in a class.
You can join a class at any time in the term if there is a place available.
Bookings are non-transferrable in most cases but Mini Professors may be able to split your booking across two venues if spaces become available in the same territory
Regretfully we are unable to offer concessions for sickness or holidays but you are welcome to offer your place to a friend if you know you will be away one week. Please contact us to inform us of a change in person attending including their name, child's name, date of birth and a contact number.
You are usually able to move to another venue when the term comes to an end. Once you have a place in a class you will be informed when we start taking bookings for the next term.
Regretfully you are unable to carry missed sessions over to the new term.
Please note cancellations made 2 weeks prior or after the start date will incur an administration charge of £10.00. Regretfully we are unable to refund class fees once the term has begun.
If your class leader is unable to run your class because of illness etc we will try and substitute an alternative class leader. If this isn't possible you will be notified of cancellation by text or phone call. We will endeavour to run a 'catch up' class at the end of the term to replace your session. If this isn't possible you will receive a full refund.
In certain exceptional circumstances Mini Professors may be prevented from running classes due to situations beyond their control. These may include floods or treacherous driving conditions (snow or ice) which would pose a risk to our class leaders and parents if they ventured onto the roads. On these occasions we would endeavour to offer a 'catch up' class at the end of the term but if this wasn't possible Mini Professors reserves the right not to refund due to the exceptional nature of the circumstances.
Once your payment has been received you will receive your confirmation email.
Attending adults must accept full responsibility for the safety of their child during the session.
Parents are asked to keep their children at home if they have a serious infection.
