Experience

KeepaBeat Stoke is very proud to be delivering such an important Paediatric First Aid course to all the families in the area. A franchise of KeepaBeat and member of the WOW group which includes the award-winning Baby Sensory and Toddler Sense brands, you know you are in good hands.

Your local team is comprised of: Jayne Bull mum of 3 and nanny of 3 grandsons from Alsager and Lindsy Lloyd mum of 4 from Telford, and we are both passionate about inspiring confidence in those caring for small children so that should the unthinkable happen, you will be equipped to deal with it.

We are really excited to be bringing KeepaBeat Paediatric First Aid Courses to other families from across Stoke and Trent and surrounding areas at our WOW Centre on Festival Retail Park as well as across the communities of Telford, Stafford, Leek, Cheadle, Whitchurch, Crewe, Nantwich, Sandbach, Congleton, Kidsgrove and Alsager.

KeepaBeat Stoke is run by the same people who brought Baby Sensory to Stoke on Trent and surrounding areas 8 years ago and have shared that programme, Toddler Sense and Mini Professors with many many thousands of parents over the years.  Now as a part of the WOW Group we are now very proud to be able to share the vitally important messages about Paediatric First Aid.

Being parents (and one of us a Grandparent) as well, we all know this is information we should know and may have learnt at some time. But it is one of those things you can never hear enough. So, we wanted to make it accessible to all our customers in our centre at Festival Park.

We love babies and children so we also want to help make them safe. Visit our website at babysensory.com to find out more about our parenting classes and the team who will deliver these amazing sessions.

Description

Our Paediatric First Aid course gives you the basic skills you need to carry you over those first crucial minutes in an emergency. KeepaBeat takes this serious subject and teaches it in a fun, interactive and memorable way so you have that vital knowledge which could be invaluable to your family.

We only conduct the course to small groups; parents or maybe everyone in your family joining a session at home. We have enough equipment for everyone and make sure in 2 hours you get hands-on practice of CPR and relieving choking, learn about dealing with Temperatures (including febrile convulsions), Croup, Burns, Head Bumps and Meningitis. Learning in a small group means you can get coaching, build confidence and get the chance to ask questions and improve your skills.

Fully accredited instructors, high quality props and interactive sessions allow you to get the most out of a KeepaBeat session and ensure you have the chance to memorise these life-saving skills.

KeepaBeat is committed to delivering memorable sessions and we are certain that you will find them both informative but also enjoyable. They are not a one-off event, come back every year or so to refresh your knowledge and stay prepared.

Prices

KeepaBeat 2 hour Paediatric Courses cost £20 per person.

Home sessions can be organized provided a minimum number of attendees are confirmed. Please call 07972 105966 for details
