Baby Sensory™ West Manchester Classes Terms and Conditions.
Cost: £7.00 per session payable up front for the term. Baby Sensory West Manchester runs Term Time only and usually runs 6/7 week terms so on average the cost of a full term is £49. If you join part way through a term you just pay for the remaining sessions left in that particular term.
Any costs incurred by Baby Sensory due to returned or dishonoured (“bounced”) cheques will be passed onto the drawer of the cheque.
Discounts: Twins and multiple babies (same parent/carers): We are pleased to offer a special rate in this circumstance. The second baby will be a reduced cost of half of the total term cost. E.g. In the case of twins the first baby will be charged for a 7 weeks term at £49.00 and the second baby will be charged at £24.50 for the same 7 week block booking. In this case the total = £73.50. It is advisable that the second baby is accompanied by a further adult. Although this is not compulsory.
Joining a class: You are welcome to join at anytime providing there is a space available and all prices will be adjusted to your start date. Due to a high demand for spaces, we operate a pay in advance system so that each baby is guaranteed a place at every session. If you cannot make a session Baby Sensory West Manchester will not refund course fees.
Payment Methods: Cash, Cheque & Bank transfer
Cheque payment: please make all cheques payable to Mrs E Selbie. Please include your Baby’s name and invoice number on the back of the cheque.
Bank Transfer: to make a payment via Bank transfers please see account details located on your invoice and include invoice reference number on transfer.
Booking Confirmation Your place will only be secured once full payment has been received and you have confirmation from Baby Sensory West Manchester.
Trial Places are allocated on a first come first served basis only and places are only secured if both a fee and booking form are in place. Fees paid are non transferable, and non-refundable. Parents are asked to keep their babies at home if they have a serious infection and to inform the setting as to the nature of the infection so that other parents can be alerted.
Special events Special events will be posted on our website and other social media sites. Non Baby Sensory Members are more than welcome to attend our special events subject to availability.
Change/Cancellation of venue and class times In the event changes occur to your class or venue, every effort will be made to communicate the changes to you as early as possible.
If we have to cancel a class; the payment for this class is either transferrable to your next block booking or a refund can be made.
In unforeseen circumstances it may be necessary for us to cancel a venue indefinitely, sometimes at short notice. In the event we cancel a venue, we will attempt to firstly offer you a place at another venue. If this cannot be offered or the venue or time is inconvenient to you a refund will be given for remaining weeks owed.
Refunds and missed classes
We are unable to refund monies for missed classes, however, if you are unable to attend a class you are welcome to offer your space to a friend (non Baby Sensory members welcome). Alternatively we will make every effort to allow to catch up but only where there is availability.
