Terms and conditions:

Attending adults must accept full responsibility for the safety of their child during the session.

Places are allocated on a first come first served basis and payment for these classes are made when booked using our online payment system.

Prices

A full term (10 weeks) is £65 or a trial half term(5 weeks) is £35. Click on to the drop down menu for options. Payment can be made by Bank Transfer using your babies full name as reference prior to the start of your block. Renewal Payments are due two weeks before your new block of classes starts.

Illness

Parents are asked to keep their babies at home if they have a serious infection and to inform us as to the nature of the infection so that other parents can be alerted if needed. Regrettably, we cannot make concessions for missed classes due to illness. If enough notice is given attendance on an alternative day may be possible to catch up on a missed session in that week or you are welcome to ask a friend to attend in your place, if doing this please inform us of their name and babies name for Health and Safety.

Twins/Multiples Discount

We offer a twin/multiples discount. Please email or call for details.

Other Siblings

Classes are designed for babies from the age of Birth to 13 months only. All older children are unfortunately not able to attend our classes due to insurance and Health and Safety reasons.

Cancellation of Classes

We endeavour to run classes during bad weather e.g. snow/ icy conditions. However, should classes need to be cancelled you will be notified or you can contact us via email, Facebook or telephone if unsure, 07722 469 645. Baby Sensory has the right to cancel classes in exceptional circumstances beyond our control (fire, flood, serious illness, snow etc.) but if possible we will run catch up classes at an alternative time, however, this is not guaranteed.

Missed classes/Holiday

Regrettably we cannot make concessions for missed classes due to holiday. If enough notice is given attendance on an alternative day may be possible to catch up on a missed session in that week or you are welcome to ask a friend to attend in your place that week, if doing this please inform us of their name and babies name for Health and Safety.

What happens at a Baby Sensory Party?

If you have experienced one of our award winning Baby Sensory sessions then you will know all about some of the exciting experiences that are in store for you and your baby. If not, we can suggest a range of activities and songs to suit the occasion. Parties are specifically designed to meet your requirements.
