Shelley's story:
I am in my seventh year of running BabySensory classes and can honestly say it's the best job in the world.
I worked as a buyer for a costume jewellery company for many years in London. After having children and having a few part time jobs I decided it was time do do something I could be passionate about. Having children had given me the experience and confidence I felt needed to work with babies, which is always something I had wanted to do. After looking at many franchise oportunities I decided BabySensory was the best. Since then I have not looked back. After training with BabySensory I felt inspired and was ready to begin my new venture. I enjoyed amature dramatics and music and have found this has come in handy when going on adventures under the sea or into the jungle. The variety is what is so exciting about the classes and watching all those little faces light up each week when Say Hello to the sun begins is the reason I started the classes.
Louise's Story:
I can honestly say that I loved Baby Sensory from the first time I saw a class.
In 2007 my first daughter Libby was born and before long I realised that my whole life had changed. My maternal instincts were immediate and Libby became my world. I knew that I had to meet other mums like me, to discuss our babies together. Baby Sensory wasn’t available in my area then but I found a group of mums and we would meet up weekly to discuss our babies. I realised that this social interaction was not only important for me but was invaluable for Libby because she would beam from ear to ear every time she saw her little friends.
In 2008 only 19 months later my second daughter Phoebe was born and in 2011 my third daughter Amy came into the world! I completely embraced every part of being a Mum and enjoyed watching them grow, learn and develop into little ladies. I realise now that I have all three girls in school, that those early years are by far, the most precious moments you will ever have with your children.
All of my working life has been in retail but I decided after having the girls it was time to find a better work/home balance, and that’s when I discovered Baby Sensory. My experience with the public in my previous job has given me a fantastic platform to deliver a wonderful experience in class and it is such a pleasure to be sharing my experiences of being a Mum with my parents at Baby Sensory, especially those precious early years, where baby’s development is so rapid.
I feel lucky to have an amazing job where I can share precious sensory experiences with parents and baby, whilst at the same time giving parents a wealth of ideas to try at home. Every week at Baby Sensory is different, you really won’t be able to wait to discover what the next class has in store for you and baby.
I very much look forward to meeting you and sharing new experiences and developments as we go through your first Baby Sensory year.

Description
Shelley Jones's Baby Sensory classes run in Southend. The Award Winning Baby Development classes are held weekly in Hawkwell, Westcliff and Shoeburyness. These locations are easily accessible for parents living in the local communities including; Southend, Southchurch, Hockley, Leigh-on-Sea, Thorpe Bay, Shoebury, Westcliff-on-Sea, Eastwood, Hullbridge, Great Wakering, Canewdon, Ashingdon, Rochford and Prittlewell. If you are looking for an exciting activity which will be fun for you and will help with your baby’s sensory development call Jenny who will arrange for you and your baby to visit one of her classes.
Prices
The cost for 10 hourly sessions is £70.00.
The cost of 10 45 minute sessions is £60.
There are concessions for twins, please contact me directly for more details.
I very much hope that you and your baby will enjoy your first session however if you feel that you do not wish to take it any further, I will redund the payment. After this I will assume you are happy to continue.
