You can join us during the summer holiday by attending any of our Special Summer Themed classes. All babies under 13months are welcome to join any of the planned Summer Specials for only £8 per baby per class. Simply Book the classes you wish to attend above, make your payment and get ready for some fabulous fun... Beach Parties, Teddy Bears Picnic, Sports days...I will be at various locations throughout summer - this is a lovely way to introduce your baby to our classes without commitment to a full term. SORRY I cannot offer trials during Summer Sensory Roadshow.
Regular Baby Sensory Classes have now closed for the summer holidays and our new Autumn Term will start week Commencing 4th September. Autumn Term Bookings are in Blocks of 10 consecutive classes only.

If a class is getting full it may have 'Limited Availability' please do contact me either by phone or email [email protected] to check when a place may come available.
If a class says 'Wait List' please DO complete the form as spaces may become available as babies move up a class Or when there is a high demand for classes, another class may be added to the programme. You will be kept informed of any developments.
Class Costs: .
All classes in Newtown Linford, Evington, Birstall, Syston and Leicester Forest East are £70 per 10 class block.
You can join my Baby Sensory Classes at ANYTIME on a date that suits you as long as there is availability.
Classes are popular! So to save disappointment term bookings are made in blocks of 10 only at a set fee of £70.00 and full payment or deposit is required before attending.
Cost of Special Themed classes will vary.
Free Trials and Tasters:
The next Free Taster sessions are listed on the class timetable above. Please book to secure a place. Places are Free on the scheduled Taster classes ONLY. If you have missed the scheduled Taster classes and you still wish to trial, this may be possible, but only where there is availability. Unfortunately where there are waiting lists to commence at a class, a trial cannot be offered there.
Age Ranges:
In busier venues we run back to back classes and in this instance we split the age range allowing a keener focus on specific age development. Our 0-7 month class is a rough guide based on stage/ability. Once your little one is sitting up unaided and perhaps even moving, or you feel they are ready to mix with more active babies, moving onto the 7-13 month class is often your next step. However, all 0-13 month classes are 100% suitable for full range of development stages.
Holidays:
There may be a break in your booking due to scheduled holidays and/or class cancellations due to unforseen issues
i.e. venue problems, poor weather etc etc. All scheduled holidays should be listed on your booking confirmation, but please be mindful that further holidays or class cancellations may apply and you will be notified during class times of such dates.
Themed Class Events:
Several times a year, we like to to offer Themed Class Events which always include the ever popular ' Summer Sensory Specials' 'First Christmas Parties' and other classes like 'Fathers Day Special', 'Baby Pumpkin', 'Easter Egg-stravaganza' and 'Mothers day'. These classes can be booked individually and in addition to regular term bookings. Look out for these on my Face Book pages and the Online time tables. Places are only secure once paid for in Full. But do be quick as these Themed Specials are VERY popular!
1st Birthday Parties:

Baby Sensory Terms and Conditions:
Full public liability insurance is provided by Morton and Michel this can be viewed at all classes.
Personal photography is allowed at all classes with the consent of all parents concerned. No photographs taken at classes can be used for anything other than personal use without written consent from baby sensory and the parents involved. We ask that sensitivity to this matter is maintained at all times. Short mobile phone videos are allowed again with consent, full length videos are not permitted under any circumstance.
Baby Sensory expressly forbids the right to reproduce any part of our lessons in any form (e.g. on the internet, DVDs, photographs etc.). Anyone suspected of continually filming or photographing the lessons for any purpose of publication will be asked to stop filming and leave the course.
Baby Sensory cannot accept any responsibility for the loss or damage of any personal possessions.
Should you suffer from a medical condition that you feel need to be shared with your class leader this information may be recorded however treated with confidentiality, in the event of a medical emergency. This information may be shared with health care professionals.
Any baby with a medical condition considered by a health care professional to be contagious should follow the recommended incubation period before re attending classes.
Never bring your child to classes if they have any illness such as diarrhoea, chicken pox, impetigo, conjunctivitis or a bad cold. Please wait until your doctor has given the all-clear before returning to classes.
In the instance of sickness and diarrhoea your child must have been clear of all symptoms for at least 48 hours before attending a lesson.
All visitors to classes must sign in the visitor’s book.
No place is fully guaranteed unless a deposit or full payment of the term fees is made.
All deposits are non transferable/ refundable.
Baby Sensory is under no obligation to refund or transfer your money in the event that you are unable to attend part of or the entire course. We regret that we are unable to offer an alternative for missed lessons. Unfortunately, what seems like one simple request is an impractically huge administrative task when spread across hundreds of clients. Should your class leader have availability on a more suitable class for you it is at their discretion to allow the transfer.
Should a class be cancelled by Baby Sensory a suitable alternative shall be provided at no cost to the client. In most cases an extra class provided.
Should you need to change classes we will do our utmost to accommodate you, but unfortunately cannot guarantee it.
Except in exceptional circumstances (which Baby Sensory will determine at its sole discretion) whether you are a first time client or an existing client, we regret that, once the course has commenced, we cannot issue any refunds or credits.
Baby Sensory is under no obligation to refund lessons that may be missed by local adverse weather when the venue and environs are safe and accessible and lessons are held. We regret that we are unable to offer automatic refunding or rescheduling of lessons in the event of adverse conditions local to yourselves preventing you from attending a scheduled class.
Term length and cost is unfortunately non-negotiable.
Flexibility to classes and fees (i.e. parents going back to work) may be agreed with baby sensory after the complement of a full 10 week term and at your class leader’s discretion.
In the instance that a hall cannot be used in the short term, we will endeavour, where possible, to re-schedule your lesson. In this instance baby sensory is not responsible for any travel expenses incurred.
Confidentiality is paramount and will be maintained at all costs by baby sensory unless the law should request otherwise (i.e. child protection)
Every effort will be made by baby sensory to provide a hazard free zone, however parents are always responsible for the safety and wellbeing of babies and children.
Safety information will be given during some activities. all activities are safe if this information is followed should you have any concerns please speak to you class leader.
In the unfortunate event of an accident please report this to your class leader who will help you to locate a first aider and in the completion of the necessary paper work.
Class leaders are not trained first aiders however will work with the emergency services to help where possible in order to preserve life.
As class leader, I fully recognize my responsibilities for child protection. I will ensure that any suspicion of abuse is promptly and appropriately responded to. The welfare of the baby is paramount.
Baby Sensory has a commitment to ensure that the equipment and activities are of equal value and of equal worth to everyone regardless of race, culture, language, gender, age, experience, religion, background, ability or disability.
All equipment is toughly cleaned prior to each class, should you find anything unsatisfactory please make your class leader aware of this, should you not get the response you expect. You can view our full complaints procedure at your class.
All classes are cleverly researched to enhance the development of your baby, should you want more information on a particular activity please ask your class leader.
Baby Sensory may, at its own discretion, refuse entry to a client to its courses if it is felt that the client's behaviour is unreasonable. From time to time we may update these terms by sending you either an updated version or notification of minor changes. You are free to not accept these changes but we would ask you to notify us in writing of your non acceptance within 14 days of your receipt, failing which we will be entitled to treat our agreement with you as being subject to the updated version.
Full policies on all matters are available at all classes or on request.
