Having qualified as a BTEC Nursery Nurse I enjoyed working in a variety of roles as a Children's Rep (in my younger days!) as a Nursery Nurse in a private day care setting progressing to Acting Nursery Manager. I then moved onto working with families for Social Care then for the last 10 years worked as a Family Support Worker in a local Children Centre.
Within my work I find it fascinating about how the babies brain develops in their 1st year of life and realize how crucial sensory play is for this development. Whilst doing some infant research I came across Baby Sensory and was instantly drawn to it I was amazed to find out that Suffolk (up until now!) does not run any Baby Sensory classes. This inspired me to set up and run classes for local families so that other mums, dads, grandparent, carers and babies can benefit and do not miss out on the Baby Sensory experience (like i did with my 2 little ones!)

I have a BTEC Nursery Nurse qualification and 20 years experience of working with children and families.
Throughout my carer I have had ongoing training and have attended many courses.

I am a qualified first aider and I also hold a current DBS
In 2014 I completed Baby Sensory Business training and Class Leader training
