Description

Baby Foundations is a prenatal/ antenatal class which welcomes you and your partner from the moment of confirmed pregnancy.

Having a baby is such an exciting time and it is so important that as a parent you feel in control by the time your baby arrives.

We cover a host of fascinating subjects including, breast feeding, bottle feeding, sensory stimulation (before and after birth), prenatal development, prenatal care, prenatal nutrition, skull development, placenta, Group B Strep, development of a birth plan, nappy choices, why babies cry, baby sleep, allergies, infections and immunisations and so many more!

Baby Foundations prides itself in providing unbiased information so you can make informed choices about what works best for you and your baby. We want you to both feel fully prepared for motherhood and fatherhood and the exciting times which lie ahead.

Pregnancy should be something which is celebrated and we hope you enjoy every moment of it before your little bundle arrives and we hope we can help you through your journey.

Our courses may be undertaken at any point during pregnancy and up to three months post birth (so if you are in those very early days with baby, you are most welcome!)

Prices

Tickets for individual workshops are £15 per person and must be booked ahead of time so that we can ensure sufficient space and equipment for everyone.

Should you wish to sign up and attend the full (six week/six session) "Happy Baby" course, the cost is £110 per couple (less any monies already paid for individual sessions)...

The Happy Baby Course in its entirety includes 6 informative, fun and interesting sessions, a beautiful Welcome Pack containing innovative, quality products to enhance bonding, stimulation and early care for you and your baby, a unique Baby Foundations folder, literature at the end of each class, which captures the main points of the session, and refreshments.
