Each Baby Sensory Class is one Hour Long
Pricing
A booking consists of 10 weeks and costs £70.00 for Classes including Exploratory Play and £65 for 10 weeks Sensory Only Classes. Payment can be made at the time of booking on our website, and must be made within 7 days of booking.
TWIN DISCOUNT - Here at Baby Sensory I offer a twin discount for 1 parent per 2 children. Discount details are :1st baby is charged at full price and the 2nd baby is charged at 1/2 price. Please contact me via email to arrange a twin booking
Trial sessions
Trial sessions are available at a cost of £5. If a full course is booked following a trial session, then the amount paid for the trial session will be discounted from the cost of the full course booking of Ten Sessions.
Party Bookings
Parties are charged at £100 for a 40 minute Sensory only party. This does not include venue hire. A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required to secure your booking. For more information please contact your class leader.
Booking Confirmation
Your place will only be secured once full payment has been received and you have confirmation of this from Norwich Baby Sensory. We are currently unable to accept deposits to secure a placement.
Special events
Special events will be posted on our website and on Facebook. Please see separate information regarding this. Non Baby Sensory Members are more than welcome to attend our special events subject to availability.
Discounts and Special Circumstances
This is only possible in exceptional circumstances and at our discretion, e.g. where an attending adult may be relocating or in the late stages of pregnancy.
Refunds and missed classes
We are unable to refund monies for missed classes, however, if you are unable to attend a class you are welcome to offer your space to a friend (non Baby Sensory members welcome). Alternatively, it may be possible for you to come along to another venue that same week subject to availability.
Change/Cancellation of venue and class times
In the event changes occur to your class or venue, every effort will be made to communicate the changes to you as early as possible.
If we have to cancel a class; the payment for this class is either transferrable to your next block booking or a refund can be made.
In weather conditions, such as snow, if our class leader can get to the venue then the class will count as being run and if you can't make it will be a missed class.
In unforeseen circumstances, it may be necessary for us to cancel a venue indefinitely, sometimes at short notice. In the event, we cancel a venue, we will attempt to firstly offer you a place at another venue. If this cannot be offered or the venue or time is inconvenient to you a refund will be given for remaining weeks owed.
