TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Classes: Classes run in terms throughout the year but do not necessarily follow school term dates.   You can join a class at any time if a place is available and just pay for the remainder of the term.  Alternatively you can join the waiting list for a place in the following term. Once you have completed your booking you must attend consecutive weeks.

Confirmation: Once you have completed the registration process you will receive a confirmation email. This indicates you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.

Payment: Toddler Sense can only hold your place for 7 days without payment. You will receive a reminder but if payment remains outstanding Baby Sensory reserves the right to cancel your booking.

Missed Sessions: Toddler Sense is unable to offer concessions for sickness or holidays but you are welcome to give your place to a friend if you know you will be away one week. Please contact us to inform us of a change in person attending including their name, baby's name, date of birth and a contact number. Regretfully you are unable to carry missed sessions over to the new term.

Medical Appointment: If you have a prior hospital or doctor's appointment and are unable to make your usual session please contact me to discuss.

Twins and Multiples Discount: Please contact us for more information regarding the discount for twins and multiples.

Groups: If you are part of a group who would like to join together, please let us know and we will look at accommodating all of you.

Data Protection: The information you provide during registration contains personal data. Baby Sensory will record, process and keep your personal information secure in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Information will not be passed/sent out to a third party.

Illness: Toddler Sense's policy states that babies should be kept at home if they are ill or have a serious infection. If a serious infection has occurred, please let us know so that we can inform other parents.

Cancellation of classes: Toddler Sense will endeavour to run classes during bad weather e.g. treacherous snow conditions. However should we need to cancel a class, parents will be contacted by email/text. Toddler Sense reserves the right to cancel classes in exceptional circumstances beyond our control (e.g. fire, flood, treacherous snow, serious illness etc). If your class leader is unable to run your class because of illness etc Toddler Sense will try and substitute an alternative class leader. If this isn't possible you will be notified of cancellation by text/email or phone call. Toddler Sense will endeavour to run a 'catch up' class at the end of the term to replace your session. If this isn't possible you will receive a full refund.

All places are non-refundable/ non-transferable: Toddler Sense is under no obligation to refund or transfer your money in the event that you are unable to attend part of or the entire course. You are welcome to attend a different session if you are unable to make your own session but this is dependent upon availability in the class and must be discussed with me first. You are however, welcome to offer your place to a friend as a gift. If you are wanting to offer your place to another, please notify me as soon as possible so that I can amend my registers. Thank you for your co-operation.

Fees: Each class is £6.00 and is payable in terms which are usually 6-7 weeks long (prices effective from September 2014). Please pay by BACs. It the term has already begun you can still join at anytime, providing there is space. Please contact me for further details.
