Toddler Sense Terms and Conditions:

Registration forms: Please ensure you fill out the registration details correctly, including the class you would like to attend. If you find you would like to change classes once confirmation has been sent, I will try my best to swap the classes for you however, please note this could be difficult, especially if the term has begun and classes are full, therefore it is not always guaranteed. To book your baby's place please register on line at www.babysensory.com

Please note by registering your baby you are also agreeing to adhere to our terms and conditions as set as below.

Illness: Parents are asked to keep their babies/toddlers at home if they have a serious infection and to inform the setting as to the nature of the infection so that other parents can be alerted.

Twins Discount: I offer a twin discount, please ask for details.

Other Siblings: Our classes are designed for Toddlers from 13 months only to 4 years only. All older children are unfortunately unable to attend our classes due to health and safety reasons. I am sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Holidays: We try and coincide the holidays with the local school holidays/half terms and we do not operate on Bank holidays. 

Refunds/Cancellations of classes: Toddler Sense will endeavor to run classes during bad weather e.g. treacherous snow conditions. However, should classes need to be cancelled you will be notified/ contacted. Alternatively, you can contact me at anytime on 07780 903871 or via email. Toddler Sense has the right to cancel classes without refund in exceptional circumstances beyond my control (fire, flood, serious illness, treacherous snow etc.) but if possible I may run a catch up class at an alternative time.     Once payment has been received places are secured. All places are non re-fundable and non-transferable. Toddler Sense is under no obligation to refund or transfer your money in the event that you are unable to attend part of or the entire course. We regret that we are unable to offer an alternative for missed lessons. You are however welcome to offer your place to a friend as a gift. If you want to offer your place to another please notify me as soon as possible so that I can amend my registers. Thank you for your co-operation.

Data Protection: The information on registration form contains personal data. Toddler Sense will record, process and keep your personal information secure in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Information will not be passed/sent out to a third party.

Confirmation: Please note that once registration is completed along with the fee indicated you have opted to secure your place. You will receive confirmation via e-mail once your toddler's booking is confirmed.

Confidentiality: Toddler Sense prides itself on creating original and unique ideas to ensure and deliver a top quality service. Certain content and information provided throughout our classes are copy written and under ownership of Toddler Sense. Toddler Sense grants you a limited, personal, license to use ideas for home use only. Toddler Sense kindly asks customers not to copy, reproduce, create derivative works of, reverse engineer, alter, enhance or in any way exploit any of the Toddler Sense materials in any manner such as use of ideas in a public place, promotional event without permission from the copyright holders.

Fees: A 10-week term costs £70.00.   Please pay by BACs. If the term has already begun, you can still join at any time, providing there a space available. Please contact me for further details.

Trial session: Please feel welcome to try a 3 week taster session charged at £21.00.
