When you can join
Classes run in terms throughout the year. You can join a class at any time if places are still available and just pay for the remainder of the term. If a class is full please join the waiting list to be informed when spaces become available.
Age
Our Baby Sensory classes are designed for babies from birth to 13 months only. Older children (including siblings) are unfortunately unable to attend Baby Sensory classes for health and safety reasons.
Class ages are for guidance only as every baby / child develops differently. Please don't worry if your child will be slightly over the class age when the term ends, as long as they are well within the age range at the start.
Toddler Sense class ages are set by the age of your oldest child - younger siblings are accepted on older classes if you are happy that they will be mixing with older children. Children are often a month or two over the age band by the end of a block – as long as they are within the age band at the start of the block that’s fine.
Toddler Sense classes are designed for children from 12 months to 4 years 11 months. Siblings under 12 months can come along and won't be charged for. Siblings over 12 months are half the full price.
Please visit the prices page for more details on pricing (click on blue button near the top of this page).
Taster sessions
You are very welcome to try a taster of the class at any time, with no obligation to book, as long as we have spaces on a class. Simply set up a log in, click to book the class you are interested in and select the taster option. Please note that priority for spaces will be given to bookers so we may not be able to offer tasters until the term has started.
We may also run other specific taster sessions – we will promote these sessions in advance and spaces will be available to book online.
Payment / confirmation
Payment is due at the time of booking. When you have completed the registration process and paid your fee your space is secure and you will receive a confirmation email which includes the term dates and time etc.
Please visit the prices page for more details on pricing (click on blue button near the top of this page).
TERMS & CONDITIONS by booking online you are agreeing to the following -
Refunds/Cancellations of classes
Bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable. We are are under no obligation to refund a booking in the event that you are unable to attend or wish to cancel a single session or the entire term. Regretfully we are unable to carry missed sessions over to the new term.
Although we are unable to offer concessions for sickness or holidays you are welcome to give your place to a friend if you know you will be away one week. Please do get in touch if you would like to do this – we will need their name, baby's name, date of birth and a contact number.
If you have a prior hospital or doctors appointment and are unable to make your usual session we may be able to fit you into another class at Little Stars that week or the following week. Please contact us to see if this is possible.
If your class leader is unable to run your class because of illness etc we will try and substitute an alternative class leader. If this isn't possible you will be notified of cancellation by email, text or phone call. We will endeavour to run a 'catch up' class at the end of the term to replace your session. If this isn't possible you will receive a full refund.
In certain exceptional circumstances we may be prevented from running classes due to situations beyond their control. These may include floods or treacherous driving conditions (snow or ice) which would pose a risk to our class leaders and parents if they ventured onto the roads. On these occasions we will endeavour to offer a 'catch up' class at the end of the term but if this wasn't possible we reserve the right not to refund due to the exceptional nature of the circumstances.
