Cost: Toddler Sense Wolverhampton runs termly, with 1 or 2 weeks for half term.

Our EARLY BIRD 10% DISCOUNT offer is available at the end of each current term - payment MUST be made in FULL by the END of the CURRENT TERM.

You are welcome to join at ANY TIME where a space is available, fees will be charged for the remainder of the term at £7.00 per session, payable in advance.
A 50% discount is available for siblings, multiples and childminders - please select our SIBLING rate for ALL children on your booking.
Term Dates: We run an 8 week term from September - November, 10 weeks from November - February, 10 weeks from February - May and a short 7 week Summer Term in June and July ahead of our SUMMER SPECIALS. Our end of term specials and seasonal celebrations will be held at weekends where possible, for everyone to enjoy - spaces will be limited and available at an additional cost per child, dates and details to be released termly and booked in advance.

Please note: Due to a HIGH DEMAND for spaces we operate a PAY IN ADVANCE system so that each child is guaranteed a place at every session. If you cannot make a session you are welcome to offer it to a friend. For more details please contact your class leader.
Taster Sessions: Each term we have a limited number of taster sessions available for which we request a £5 payment to cover insurance, administration and materials.
To arrange a class visit/taster session please contact your class leader. If your preferred class is fully booked you may like to be added to the waiting list. Please email for more details.

*Cheque payment: Please make all cheques payable to Shelley Owens. Please include your child’s name on the back of the cheque.
Cash payments - we prefer not to take cash payments in class if at all possible - classes are lively and our focus is on providing an excellent adventure each week for you and your little ones. If you need to pay by cash please contact us prior to the class and all payments must be in an envelope marked with your child's name please.
All confirmation regarding your child’s place will be sent out via email.
Terms and Conditions:
Full payment is due upon registration. Spaces will only be held for 48 hours before being released if no payment is received due to high demand for spaces.
Attending adults must accept full responsibility for the safety of their child during the session.
Places are allocated on a first come first served basis only and places are only secured if both a fee and booking form are in place.
FEES PAID ARE NON-TRANSFERABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE
Parents are asked to keep their children at home if they have a serious infection and to inform the setting as to the nature of the infection so that other parents can be alerted. If in doubt please get in touch before coming to class.
Cancelled Classes: Where classes are cancelled due to circumstances outside our control we will endeavour to replace lost sessions at the end of the published term - to this end we reserve the right to amend our published term dates in order to provide the full number of sessions planned. In the event that you are unable to attend these additional sessions, no cash alternative will be provided but a session will be credited against your next FULL TERM. We regret that this credit may not be used against our end of term Specials as these are run in addition to our classes from additional funding.
Holidays Policy: We try to coincide our holidays with the local school holidays/half terms and we do not operate on Bank Holidays. We offer one weeks grace per FULL TERM for advanced holiday bookings where a minimum of 4 weeks notice is given. Please do not amend your payments around your holiday, your session will be credited against your next FULL TERM ( this will deducted from the full terms fee and not from the early bird discounted rate). We regret that no grace sessions are offered to those booking a partial term.
Snow policy: (November-March): Toddler Sense will endeavor to run classes during bad weather e.g. snow conditions. However should I need to cancel a class parents will be notified/contacted via Facebook or by text. Toddler Sense reserves the right to cancel classes without refund in exceptional circumstances beyond our control (e.g. fire, flood, treacherous snow etc.) but if possible we will run a "catch up" class at an alternative time however this is not guaranteed and no cash alternative will be offered.
Data Protection: Toddler Sense will record, process and keep your personal information secure in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Information will not be passed/sent out to a third party.
Confidentiality Toddler Sense prides itself on creating original and unique ideas to ensure and deliver a top quality service. Certain content and information provided throughout our classes are copy written and under ownership of Toddler Sense. Toddler Sense grants you a personal license to use ideas for home use only. Toddler Sense kindly asks customers not to copy, reproduce, create derivative works of, reverse engineer, alter, enhance or in any way exploit any of the Toddler Sense materials in any manner such as use of ideas in a public place, promotional events etc without permission from the copyright holders.

Here at Toddler Sense we are pleased to announce that we offer Award Winning Party Packages suitable for children up to 5 years of age.
If you have experienced one of our award winning Baby Sensory or Toddler Sense sessions then you will know all about some of the exciting experiences that are in store for you and your child. If not, we can suggest a range of activities and songs to suit the occasion.
Our Toddler Sense class leaders will work with you to plan an exciting session that is suitable for the children and the venue. Whether you are planning a party for a small group of parents and children at your home, holding the party at a local village hall or a larger venue, you can be sure that we will help you design a party that is right for you.
Our Bronze, Silver and Gold Packages have option to suit every budget with activity only options from just £80 and each party has a theme to suit your child - please ask for details.
Our parties are jam-packed with wonderful sensory games and activities to delight, excite and captivate your child such as: parachutes, inflatables, soft foam play, light shows, discos, games, dance, instruments, puppet shows, ribbons, bouncers, pom-poms plus lots more!
