Experience

For as long as I can remember I have wanted to work with children. During my Psychology degree I enjoyed the child development aspects of the course. I then went on to train as a primary school teacher - a job which I have been doing for the last ten years. I have worked in a variety of roles in both mainstream and special education and have most recently been combining my role as reception class teacher with the role of special educational needs coordinator (SENCo) which means that I have had additional training and experience in this area of learning and development. Working in Early Years education is an honour and a pleasure - I firmly believe that each child is an amazing individual and one of the main parts of my job has been working with parents and other professional to help children achieve their full potential. That is why I was so excited when I found out about Baby Sensory classes. I had read Dr Lin Day's articles in a professional publication that I subscribed to as a teacher and when I discovered the Baby Sensory programme that she had designed I knew I wanted to be part of it. After I saw my first class I was certain. I hope you will come along and see what an enjoyable class it will be for both you and your little one.

Description

The Award Winning Baby Development classes are held weekly in Broomhill. If you are looking for an exciting activity which will be fun for you and will help with your baby’s sensory development call your Class Leaders, Jenny and Claire, who will arrange for you and your baby to visit one of her classes.
