Claire is a qualified Educator and has been working with babies and children for over 13 years. The classes are warm and friendly, Claire is here to support you and your "bundle of perfectness". You will learn, how YOU, the most important person in your babies life, can assist and help them develop the necessary skills, that gives your baby the head start they need in life. And the most magical part, the time you bond and share your love, laughter and excitement with your own little miracle.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Confirmation: Once you have completed the registration process you will receive a confirmation email. This indicates you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.
Data Protection: The information you provide during registration contains personal data. Baby Sensory will record, process and keep your personal information secure in accordance with the Aust Privacy Act 1988. Information will not be passed/sent out to a third party.
Health and Safety: Every effort is made by Baby Sensory to provide a hazard-free environment. However, Parents remain responsible for their child at all times.
Please ensure that your class leader is aware of any allergies or medical conditions before class so that we can accomodate these. All details remain confidential unless there is a medical emergency that may require disclosure to health professionals.
Drinks and food (aside from milk) are not permitted in the sensory area or exploratory play area but may be consumed in the surrounding areas. Please ensure all rubbish is disposed of in your way out.
Where possible, we encourage shoes to be removed in order to maintain health and safety. While this not enforced, we would be grateful for your consideration in this.
Photography: Personal photography is allowed in all classes with consent of all parents concerned. photographs cannot be used for anything other than personal use without the consent of Baby Sensory and any parent concerned, Full videos are not permitted under any circumstances. Baby Sensory expressly forbids the right to reproduce any part of our lesson plans in any form (e.g., on the internet, DVDs, photographs etc). At enrolment , Baby Sensory asks for consent surrounding the use of any photos taken in class for use in social media, marketing etc. This remains your choice and can be changed at any time-please notify your class leader of any changes to consent.
Illness: Baby Sensory's policy states that babies should be kept at home if they are ill or have a serious infection. If a serious infection has occurred, please let us know so that we can inform other parents. Where possible, you are encouraged to attend a make up class (subject to availability and up to a max of 2 per term): please discuss with your class leader.
Cancellation of classes: Baby Sensory will endeavor to run classes as per the timetable. However, should we need to cancel a class, parents will be contacted by email/text. Baby Sensory reserves the right to cancel classes without refund in exceptional circumstances beyond our control (e.g. fire, flood, etc.) but where possible, we will undertake a class at the end of term to replace any lost.
All places are non-refundable/ non-transferrable: Baby Sensory is under no obligation to refund or transfer your money in the event that you are unable to attend part of or the entire course. You are welcome to attend an alternative session if you are unable to make your own session but this is dependent upon availability in the class and must be discussed first. You are welcome to offer your place to a friend as a gift but please notify us beforehand
Holidays: All holidays during the current term will be notified to you in advance. Should a need to cancel a class occur, then an additional class will be added onto the end of the current term.
Multiples: We have a discounted rate for those with multiple babies - the second baby is half price, the third is buy two get one free. Please contact me to arrange your discount.
Payment Terms: You will receive a booking confirmation email after you register online and Payment is due at this time (unless otherwise arranged with me). If payment has not been received within 5 days your place will be cancelled to allow other babies to enrol.
Visitors: Visitors are always welcome in class but please notify your class leader in advance. Siblings are not generally encouraged unless they can sit quietly for the full hour. This is to ensure that all class members enjoy the class and the focus remain on the babies.
