Terms & Conditions

Class Costs: A 6 week term is £48, payable at point of booking. You are able to join at any time during the term (spaces permitting) and pay for the remaining sessions (example 5 weeks left at £8 is £40). Please be aware there is a rise in class cost coming in at the end of July. 

Missed sessions: Regretfully no refunds or concessions can be made for missed sessions or holidays within a booking. However, with prior consent you may be able to attend a different session within the same week (space permitting) or gift your place to a friend. If you wish to gift the session to a friend please contact us by e-mail ( [email protected]) with their name and contact details.

Twins: Baby Sensory Palmers Green offers a twin discount; 1^st baby is charged at full price and the 2^nd baby is charged at half price.  Please note this applies to siblings only. When completing your booking please select the twin option in the 'Sessions' drop down box. You will have room to add the name of one of your babies. Please e-mail us with the name of your other baby so we can make adjustments to our register ([email protected]). If you have any issues, please get in touch via e-mail ([email protected])

Illness: Baby Sensory Palmers Green's policy states that babies should be kept at home if they are ill or have a serious infection.  If your baby does have a serious infection please inform me so I can alert other parents.
Please refrain from bringing your baby to classes if they have any illness such as vomiting/diarrhoea, chicken pox, impetigo or hand foot and mouth. Please wait until your doctor has given the all-clear before returning to classes.
In the instance of sickness and diarrhoea your baby (or yourself) must have been clear of all symptoms for at least 48 hours before attending a lesson.
 

Cancellation of classes: Should a class be cancelled due to Class Leader illness, venue unavailability or similar, a catch up class will be offered at another time.  However, Baby Sensory has the right to cancel classes without refund in exceptional circumstances beyond our control (fire, flood, treacherous snow etc).  In these circumstances a catch up class will be run if possible but is not guaranteed.

All places are non-refundable & non-transferable: Baby Sensory is under no obligation to refund your money in the event that you are unable to attend part or the entire course.  You are welcome to attend a different session where availability allows, however this must be agreed with us first.  Alternatively, you may offer your place to a friend with prior consent.

Data protection: The information on the registration form contains personal data. Baby Sensory will record, process and keep your personal data in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.  Information will not be passed on to any third parties.

Confirmation: Please note that once registration is completed and your fees paid you have opted to secure your place (Baby Sensory are under no obligation to return your fees should you be unable to attend part or all of the term – see above).  Once you have completed registration it indicates you have read and agreed to the terms and conditions above.
