Baby Sensory’s award winning baby development classes are now running in your area. You and your baby will experience different sensory activities designed to support your baby’s sensory development every week and you are welcome to join at any time. Baby Sensory is an extremely popular Baby Development activity and many of our classes are fully booked, it is advisable to book early.

Visitors are always welcome but please call in advance to reserve your place.

Amy Hodgson - Owner of Baby Sensory Cardiff and Monmouthshire

Hi, my name is Amy. I have always been interested in child development, even more so since the birth of my son Albert. Albert and I attended Baby Sensory classes in Leeds and from the first session we were both hooked, each session was different and exciting and it quickly became the highlight of our week. It was amazing to look around the room and see the connection between mother and baby as they enjoyed each exciting activity. One stand out moment from our sessions remains with me – the first puppet show! Albert was rooted to the spot, mouth open, staring in amazement at our class leader, Nicola. I looked up and realised that every single baby (not to mention the mums) in the room had that same look. I came home from that session and told my husband that I wanted to become part of the Baby Sensory experience. My family and I have since relocated to South Wales and I am delighted to be able to bring Baby Sensory to Cardiff and Monmouthshire. I look forward to welcoming parents and babies to these wonderful sessions. Award winning Baby Sensory classes provide a myriad of colourful sensory experiences and new sensations. Founded on over thirty years of university research and practical theory, Baby Sensory is a unique programme that promotes baby learning and development from the start. Each activity is supported by useful learning and developmental information, so that parents know how to lead their baby’s learning forwards, and every week is different.

Abby Turton - Class Leader

Hi my name is Abby and I am Mum to a 3 year old called Eleanor. I have been a Baby Sensory Class Leader in Cambridge for 18 months and love it so much, it's been much more than a job. Therefore when we moved to Chepstow in January I knew I needed to find a way to continue running classes! I have a background in Psychology and have always believed in encouraging new experiences for babies. I know that Baby Sensory offers such a lot developmentally as well as being great fun! I am looking forward to meeting you and your babies very soon.

Description

Amy Hodgson's Baby Sensory classes are held weekly in Monmouth and Chepstow. The Award Winning Baby Development classes will be held weekly in Monmouth and Chepstow. These classes are easily accessible for parents living in the local communities including; Monmouth, Chepstow, Abergavenny, Usk, Pontypool, Caerleon, Newport, Caldicot. Venue Information

Monmouth Classes
Classes will be held in Rockfield Community Centre, Cornwallis Drive, Monmouth, NP25 5DN. There is plenty of parking available at the hall. Please use the main entrance on the left side of the building. Buggies may be left in the entrance hallway.

St Arvans, Chepstow Classes
Classes will be held in the rear hall of St Arvans Memorial Hall, Tintern Road, St Arvans, Chepstow, NP16 6ES. As you drive through the village heading towards Tintern, you pass Devauden Road on the left, the hall is then on the right next to the little shop. Please drive around to the rear of the building where there is plenty of parking. The entrance to the rear hall is then on the left side of the building (as you look towards the road). Buggies may be brought into the hall, however there are a couple of steps at the entrance.

Abergavenny Classes

 Classes will be held in St Johns Ambulance Hall, Fairfield Car Park, Abergavenny, NP7 5SG. The hall is located within the car park next to Bailey Park, the car park is pay and display.
