Baby Sensory Terms and Conditions 2017: 

Registration forms: Please ensure you fill out the registration details correctly, including the class you would like to attend. If you find you would like to change classes once confirmation has been sent, I will try my best to swap the classes for you. To book your baby's place please click on "Book Now" and follow the steps.

Please note by registering your baby you are also agreeing to adhere to our terms and conditions as set as below.

Illness: Parents are asked to keep their babies/toddlers at home if they have a serious infection and to inform the setting as to the nature of the infection so that other parents can be alerted. Never bring your child to classes if they have any illness such as diarrhoea, chicken pox, foot and mouth, impetigo, conjunctivitis or a bad cold. Please wait until your doctor has given the all-clear before returning to classes.

Missed Classes: Baby Sensory is under no obligation to refund or transfer your money in the event that you are unable to attend part of or the entire course. We regret that we are unable to offer an alternative for missed lessons. Unfortunately, what seems like one simple request is an impractically huge administrative task when spread across hundreds of clients. Should your class leader have availability on a more suitable class for you it is at their discretion to allow the transfer to another class that week.  You are however welcome to offer your place to a friend as a gift. If you want to offer your place to another please notify me as soon as possible so that I can amend my registers. Thank you for your co-operation.

Twins Discount: We offer a twin discount for block bookings only. Tasters are charged as per baby. 

Other Siblings: Our classes are designed for babies from the age of birth to 13 months only. All older children are unfortunately unable to attend our classes due to health and safety reasons.

Holidays: Please see the term dates above. I like to run classes during local school holidays/half terms and on Bank holidays. 

Refunds/Cancellations of classes: Baby Sensory will endeavor to run classes during bad weather e.g. treacherous snow conditions. However, should classes need to be cancelled you will be notified/ contacted. Alternatively, you can contact me at anytime on or via email at . Baby Sensory has the right to cancel classes without refund in exceptional circumstances beyond my control (fire, flood, serious illness, treacherous snow etc.) but if possible I may run a catch up class at an alternative time.  Once payment has been received places are secured. All places are non re-fundable and non-transferable.

Should you need to change classes we will do our utmost to accommodate you, but unfortunately cannot guarantee it. 

Data Protection: The information on registration form contains personal data. Baby Sensory will record, process and keep your personal information secure in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Information will not be passed/sent out to a third party.

Confirmation: Your place will only be confirmed once you have registered online and made a payment within 48 hours of registering.

Confidentiality: Baby Sensory prides itself on creating original and unique ideas to ensure and deliver a top quality service. Certain content and information provided throughout our classes are copy written and under ownership of Baby Sensory. Baby Sensory grants you a limited, personal, license to use ideas for home use only. Baby sensory kindly asks customers not to copy, reproduce, create derivative works of, reverse engineer, alter, enhance or in any way exploit any of the Baby Sensory materials in any manner such as use of ideas in a public place, promotional event without permission from the copyright holders.

Fees: A 10-week term costs £70.00 (prices effective from 1st April 2016). Please pay by BACs. If the term has already begun, you can still join at any time, providing there a space available. Please contact me for further details.
