Baby Sensory Terms and Conditions

Full payment must be made when you attend your first class, this should be within a week of your online booking.
If your payment has not been received your booking maybe cancelled.
Please ensure you fill out the registration details correctly, including the class you would like to attend.  If you would like to change a class once confirmation has been sent, I will try my best to swap the classes for you, however, please note this could be difficult, as classes could be full therefore it is not always guaranteed.
Please not by registering your baby you are agreeing to adhere to the terms and conditions as set out below.

Refunds / Cancellations of classes
I will endeavour to run classes every week as advertised, even during bad weather.  However should the classes need to be cancelled you will be notified by text / contacted. Alternatively you can contact me at anytime on 07745241433 or via email.
Baby Sensory has the right to cancel class without refund in exceptional circumstances beyond my control (fire, flood, serious illness, treacherous snow etc).  I will try and offer a catch up class at an alternative time, however this is not guaranteed.
Once payment has been received places are secured.  All places are non-refundable and non transferable.   Baby sensory is under no obligation to refund or transfer your money in the event that you are unable to attend part of or entire booking.   I regret that I am unable to offer an alternative for missed lessons.  If you know you cannot attend you are welcome to offer your place to a friend as a gift.  If you are wanting to offer your place to another please notify me as soon as possible so that I can amend the registers.  Thank you for your co-operation.


Fees
£30 every five weeks, or £55 every ten weeks.   Payment can be cheque , cash or BACS

Illness
Parents are asked to keep their baby at home if they have a serious infection, and to inform myself as to the nature of the infection so that other parents can be alerted if necessary.

Other Siblings
Our classes are designed for babies from birth to 13 months only.  All older children aged over this age are unfortunately unable to attend our classes, due to health and safety reasons.  I am sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Holidays
Here at Baby Sensory I try and coincide class holidays with local school holidays. I will close two weeks in the Summer and two weeks at Christmas.


Data protection
The information on registration forms contains personal date.  Baby Sensory will record, process and keep your personal information secure in accordance with the Date Protections Act.   Information will not be sent / passed out to at third party.

Confirmation
Please note that once registration is completed, you will receive a confirmation via email.

Confidentiality
Baby Sensory prides itself on creating original and unique  ideas to ensure and deliver a top quality service.   Certain content and information provided throughout our classes are copy written and under ownership of Baby Sensory.   Baby Sensory grants you a limited, personal ,licence to use ideas for home use only   Baby Sensory kindly asks customers not to copy, reproduce, create derivative works of, reverse engineer, alter, enhance, or in any ways exploit any of the Baby Sensory materials in any manner such as use of ideas in a public place, promotional event without permission from the copyright holders.
