Toddler Sense introduces a whole new world of adventure for toddlers and children up to the age of three years. Great music, great equipment and great new ideas! Imagine climbing a snow mountain, going on safari, digging for fossils, swimming with dolphins and hunting for dinosaurs? Every week introduces a whole new adventure. The main emphasis is on mobility, excitement and adventure. It is a fast-moving, action-packed programme. Toddler Sense is very different to Baby Sensory, but equally addictive.

Visitors are always welcome but please call in advance to reserve your place.

To register your interest, please contact your local Toddler Sense Class Leader.

Experience

I attended Baby Sensory classes with my first daughter Maya when she was just ten weeks old. It was completely different to anything else we had or have since done. I was totally overwhelmed by our first class and left armed with all sorts of ideas to re-create at home. This is where our baby sensory journey began! We were officially hooked and every week looked forward to a new adventure that we would share with our friends. I’m actually not even sure who enjoyed the next nine months the most, but when our time came to leave I realised there was nothing comparable for us to do! Not content with the baby sensory void in our lives I returned just five months later with my second daughter Freya at just eight weeks old. My first words as I walked through the door were………………’are you running Toddlersense classes yet’? Imagine how disappointed I was to be told No! That was April 2011 and here I am. My career path to date has been somewhat varied, although I have spent a number of years working in Local Government in the strategic side of things. Whilst not the obvious pre-empt to running Toddlersense classes, perhaps my love of meeting new people, and working within the community are, alongside my passion for little people! With two children so close in age, and almost two and a half years on maternity leave you can imagine my horror at returning to work in Kent. A daily commute of between two to three hours instead of quality time with my girls was a no brainer and consequently I didn’t take much persuading! As you can imagine I was delighted to start my own Toddlersense classes! Toddlersense really is something else! There is nothing quite like it out there and I truly hope that you will give it a go. My baby sensory journey continues with Toddler Sense and I hope that yours can too! And please don’t worry if your toddler has never attended a baby sensory class before. These classes are for everyone up to the age of 5 and I’m quite sure your little one will love it!!
