Toddler Sense Romford Terms & Conditions 

Terms are Rolling - no fixed date for the start of your term

Registration:

To book a space, please use the online booking system. 

Classes are paid for in a block of 10 consecutive weekly classes at the cost of £70.

Twin/Sibling discount given - please ask for details

Please note that by registering your child and completing payment you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.  

 

Payment Methods:

You can pay using a Debit or Credit Card at the time of booking. If you prefer, you can transfer the payment to the below bank account or you can pay in person with Cash

Venue and Parking:

Missed Sessions & Sickness Policy:

Toddler Sense Romford will run throughout the year, with regular breaks.

If you are unable to attend a session (missed session), you are welcome to offer your place as a gift to a friend or family member who has a child that is in the same age range as your class or attend an alternative class in the same week as the class you missed.  

We offer 4 Holidays a YEAR. As long as you let us know at least a week in advance we can accomodate this.

If your child has a contagious infection, please keep them at home until your doctor has given the all-clear to return to classes.  In the instance of sickness and diarrhoea, your child must have been clear of all symptoms for at least 48 hours before returning to classes.

 

Health & Safety:

Children must be supervised by the adult who brings them to Toddler Sense at all times.  Children must remove their outdoor shoes for the play area and activity area for safety reasons (they can either be barefoot or bring grip-socks to put on for the classes).  Adults must also remove their outdoor shoes for both the play area and activity area.

Food and drinks are not allowed in the play area or activity area at any time.  If your child requires a refreshment break, please return them to the seated area, away from the mats and equipment.

Please make us aware if your child has any allergies, special requirements or medical conditions.  This information will be treated in confidence and with sensitivity. 

 

Twins or Sibling Discount:

There is a discount for twins or siblings. The first child is charged at full price and the second child is charged at half price.  Siblings aged 4 years and above will not be able to play on the equipment or participate in the activities due to health and safety reasons.  They are welcome to attend, however, it is recommended that you bring items along to keep them entertained during the session.

 

Cancellation of Classes Policy:

Toddler Sense Romford will endeavour to run classes during bad weather (such as snow).  However, should classes need to be cancelled, you will be contacted as far in advance as possible (so please make sure that your contact phone number and email address are kept up to date).  If a class is cancelled, where possible a catch-up class will be run at an alternative time.

Toddler Sense Romford is under no obligation to refund classes that may be missed due to adverse weather conditions local to yourselves if the Toddler Sense venue and environs are safe and accessible where the classes are held.

 

Video and Photography:

Parents, carers, grandparents and friends should feel comfortable taking photographs or video footage of their children enjoying Toddler Sense, however, we would also ask that everyone remains sensitive to the feelings of others and always stop filming if asked to do so.

Valuables:

Any property left in vehicles, in buggies, in the entrance halls, by the sidelines, or elsewhere at the Toddler Sense Romford venue(s) is left at your own risk.  We cannot accept any responsibility for the loss or damage of any of your personal possessions.
 

Changes to the Terms & Conditions: 

From time to time these terms and conditions may be updated.  When this happens, you will either be sent an updated version or notified of minor changes.  You are free not to accept these, but you must notify us in writing of your non-acceptance within 14 days of receiving the update, otherwise Toddler Sense Romford will treat its agreement with you as being subject to the updated version.
