Toddler Sense introduces a whole new world of adventure for toddlers and children up to the age of three years. Great music, great equipment and great new ideas! Imagine climbing a snow mountain, going on safari, digging for fossils, swimming with dolphins and hunting for dinosaurs? Every week introduces a whole new adventure. The main emphasis is on mobility, excitement and adventure. It is a fast-moving, action-packed programme. Toddler Sense is very different to Baby Sensory, but equally addictive.

Visitors are always welcome but please call in advance to reserve your place.

Experience

In 2010, as a new mum, I attended a series of Baby Sensory classes with my daughter, Ella, which we thoroughly enjoyed. These classes have become very popular in Jersey and the class leader, a former teaching colleague, was keen to offer parents the next step in their toddler's learning journey in the form of the Toddler Sense programme. If only she could find the right candidate to take on the job... The previous twelve months had presented many joys as well as many challenges to myself and my husband as we endeavoured to meet the demands of parenting our new baby and continue to fulfil our respective work commitments. ‘Juggling act’ springs to mind! So when offered the opportunity to spend more time with Ella and be my own boss, I jumped at the chance. After researching the Toddler Sense programme and a trip to Salisbury to see a class leader in action, I was hooked! Toddler Sense Jersey launched in January 2011 and with the support of so many local parents and their little ones, has built up steadily to become a very successful small business. I have 20 years experience of working with children and their families as a nursery nurse and primary school teacher. Through Toddler Sense, I hope to continue to share the joy and sense of awe that arises from seeing young children learn and develop. I look forward to welcoming you and your little one(s) to a Toddler Sense session soon!

BA in Primary Teaching with First Class Honours - Brunel University, Middlesex, 2004
NNEB - Highlands College, Jersey, 1997

Description

I run Toddler Sense classes in St Martin, Jersey. The interactive adventure play classes are held weekly at Berni Community Centre. This location has plenty of parking and is easily accessible for parents living across the island. It is also a great venue for parties with a brand new kitchen and separate dining area. If you are looking for an exciting and stimulating activity to enjoy with your little explorer or you want to make your little one's 2nd, 3rd or 4th birthday party extra special - Toddler Sense is definately for you!

Prices

 £87.50 per ten week term.



 You can join the current term at any time, subject to availability, just call or email to arrange a place.
