There is a no shoes policy for hygiene purposes please so feel free to bring socks or slippers!
General Class information:
Cost: All classes run in a set block forming a term. This is a 11 week course with the 11th week being a Special
Joining a class: You are welcome to join at anytime providing there is a space available and all prices will be adjusted to your start date. Due to a high demand for spaces, we operate a pay in advance system so that each child is guaranteed a place at every session. If you cannot make a session you are welcome to offer it to a friend. Please give friend's name/details to Nim.
Free taster: Taster sessions can be arranged if there is space available in the class. Please contact Nim to do this.
Payment information: £82.50 for the 11 week term.
Terms and conditions: Full payment is due upon registration.
Health and safety: Attending adults must accept full responsibility for the safety of their toddlers during the session. Places are allocated on a first come first served basis only and places are only secured if both a fee and online booking are in place. Fees paid are non-refundable. Parents are asked to keep their toddlers at home if they have a serious infection and to inform the setting as to the nature of the infection so that other parents can be alerted too please e.g.chicken pox.
Class cancellation: If there is ever need to cancel a class parents will be notified/contacted via Facebook https://www.facebook.com/#!/pages/Baby-Sensory-Toddler-Sense-Dorset/159123124122436 or by text. Baby Sensory/ Toddler Sense reserves the right to cancel classes without refund in exceptional circumstances beyond our control (e.g. fire, flood, treacherous snow etc.) but if possible we will run a "catch up" class at an alternative time however this is not guaranteed.

Holidays Policy: We try to coincide our holidays with the local school holidays/half terms but this is not always the case. We sometimes operate on Bank Holidays. Payment is made for the full term or part of if joining in advance regardless of any holidays you have planned. Baby Sensory/ Toddler Sense will record, process and keep your personal information secure in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Information will not be passed/sent out to a third party.
Children's parties: We are pleased to announce that we offer fabulous party packages suitable from 2- 5 years of age. We can also do a mixed Baby Sensory/Toddler Sense package if you have a wide age range.
If you have experienced one of our award winning sessions then you will know all about some of the exciting experiences that are in store for you and your child. If not, we can suggest a range of activities and songs to suit the occasion.
Our class leaders will work with you to plan an exciting session that is suitable for the babies/toddlers and the venue. Whether you are planning a party for a small group of parents and babies/toddlers at your home or holding the party at a local village hall, you can be sure that we will help you design a party that is right for you.
Our parties are jam-packed with wonderful sensory games and activities to delight, excite and captivate your child such as: parachutes, inflatables, soft foam play, light shows, discos, games, dance, instruments, puppet shows, ribbons, bouncers, pom-poms plus lots more!
