Baby Sensory Sheffield is a partnership between Helen Claye and Sarah Herrett.

"We first met when our babies were around 6 months old back in 2012. We were both involved in the local slinging community and we quickly became great friends with many common interests. Being parents has been an amazing adventure and journey for us and has led us down so many different paths. "

Helen decided not to return to her career in housing and care after the birth of her daughter. Arya was born at 28 weeks gestation and spent the first few years of her life quite unwell at times. Several years later Helen discussed Baby Sensory with a friend who happened to be a class leader, in the meantime Helen went onto to undertake Baby Sensory class leader training which led to her working for the previous Baby Sensory Sheffield franchise owner Pauline for a year. Helen also spent time working as a Nanny and looking after 2 boys with her daughter Arya which they still do now.

Sarah had her son and returned to her career as a charitable fundraiser for a national charity. She then went on to have beautiful twin girls at the end of 2015. Sarah initially attended Baby Sensory classes run by Pauline with her son and was hooked. She then took her girls to classes run by Helen and was once again swept back into the wonderful magical world of Baby Sensory. Sarah is returning to her role as a fundraiser but is supporting Helen to run Baby Sensory Sheffield as she is passionate about the benefits of Sensory play, attachment and engagement.

Helen and Sarah both have professonal qualifications in there previous and current professions.

Description

Helen & Sarah's Baby Sensory classes run in Sheffield, South Yorkshire. The Award Winning Baby Development classes are held weekly in Beighton, Greenhill, Ridgeway and Crosspool in Sheffield. The location is easily accesible for parents living in all the local communities including; Mosborough, Waterthorpe, Nether Edge, Eckington, Dronfield, Bradway, Totley, Dore, Meersbrook, Gleadless, Hillsborough, Walkley, Crookes, Fulood, Ranmoor and Chesterfield. Prices

We offer a one off taster session priced at £6.50 so you can come along and try out the classes - we ask that your pay for your trial session in advance of your class and at the time of booking.

Our classes run in two different formats depending on the venue you are attending. Beighton, Greenhill and Ridgeway classes are offered on a rolling date basis for these classes bookings are taken in blocks of 10 sessions at £65.00 or a block of 5 sessions at £37.50. Where parents are returning to work or for special circumstances we will always be as flexible as possible with bookings. Crosspool classes run on a termly booking basis. Classes are booked in blocks fitting within the school term times - each classes equates to £7 but this is payable in a block amount at the start of any given term. We will charge you based on how many sessions you are attending within that term based on your start date.

Payment can be made online using a card payment, via bank transfer (to 09-01-29 07907320) account name Baby Sensory) or by cash or cheque in class.
