Registration:
Use the 'Book Now' button on the 'Timetable' tab and fill in the online form.
If a class says 'Wait List' it is unlikely that a space will become available until the next term so you should try and book on to an alternative class with availability.
Class Costs:
The autumn term costs £65 for 10 hourly sessions. If you book part way through a term, the price will be adjusted accordingly.
Trials and Tasters:

Holidays
There may be a break in your booking due to scheduled holidays and/or class cancellations due to unforseen issues i.e. venue problems, poor weather etc. All scheduled holidays should be listed on your booking confirmation, but please be mindful that further holidays or class cancellations may apply and you will be notified of these as soon as practicable.
Themed Class Events:
Three times a year we offer 'Themed Class Events' which include the ever popular 'Baby's First Christmas Party', 'Mothers' Day Special and 'Fathers Day Special'. These classes can be booked individually and in addition to regular term bookings. Look out for these on my Facebook pages and the online timetables. Places are only secure once paid for in full. But do be quick as these themed specials are VERY popular!
1st Birthday Parties:
You can enjoy your very own Baby Sensory Birthday Party at your own home or a private venue. For a copy of the booking form please e-mail [email protected] or if attending class you can ask me about this very special day.
BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Registration forms: Please ensure you fill out the online registration details correctly, including the class you would like to attend. If you would like to change class once confirmation has been sent I will try my best to swap however this could be difficult, especially if the term has begun and classes are full, therefore it is not always guaranteed.
Confirmation: You will receive confirmation via e-mail once your baby’s booking is confirmed. Once you have completed registration it indicates you have read and agreed to the terms and conditions as detailed below (fees are non-returnable and non-transferable). No place is fully secured until payment has been made.
Health and safety: Babies must be supervised at all times and remain the responsibility of their parents. We politely request adults remove their shoes during class. Please make your class leader aware if your child has any allergies or special requirements/ medical conditions. Drinks (other than baby milk) and food are not allowed in the play area or the activity area. Full Public Liability Insurance is provided by Michel and Morton and is available to view at each class. Every effort will be made by baby sensory to provide a hazard free zone, however parents are always responsible for the safety and wellbeing of babies and children. Safety information will be given during some activities. all activities are safe if this information is followed should you have any concerns please speak to you class leader. In the unfortunate event of an accident please report this to your class leader who will help you to locate a first aider and in the completion of the necessary paper work. Class leaders are not trained first aiders however will work with the emergency services to help where possible in order to preserve life. As class leader, I fully recognize my responsibilities for child protection. I will ensure that any suspicion of abuse is promptly and appropriately responded to. The welfare of the baby is paramount.
Illness: Babies should be kept at home if they are ill or have a serious infection. Never bring your child to classes if they have any illness such as diarrhoea, chicken pox, impetigo, conjunctivitis or a bad cold. Please wait until your doctor has given the all-clear before returning to classes.In the instance of sickness and diarrhoea your child must have been clear of all symptoms for at least 48 hours before attending a lesson. If a serious infection has occurred please inform me so that other parents can be informed.
Other Siblings: Our classes are designed for babies from the age of birth to 13 months only. All older children are unfortunately unable to attend our classes due to health and safety reasons. I am sorry for any inconvenience caused.
Refunds/ Cancellations of classes: All places are non-refundable/ non-transferrable. Regretfully no concessions can be made for missed sessions or holidays within a booking. You are welcome to offer your place to a friend as a gift. If you want to offer your place to another, please notify me as soon as possible so I can amend my registers.
We will endeavor to run classes during bad weather e.g. treacherous snow conditions. However, should classes need to be cancelled you will be notified by text or email. Baby Sensory has the right to cancel classes without refund in exceptional circumstances beyond my control (fire, flood, treacherous snow etc) but if possible I will run a catch up class at an alternative time. We regret that we are unable to offer automatic refunding or rescheduling of lessons in the event of adverse conditions local to yourselves preventing you from attending a scheduled class.
Data Protection: The information on registration form contains personal data. Baby Sensory will record, process and keep your personal information secure in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Information will not be passed/sent out to a third party.
Confidentiality: Baby Sensory prides itself on creating original and unique ideas to ensure and deliver a top quality service. Certain content and information provided throughout our classes are copy written and under ownership of Baby Sensory. Baby Sensory grants you a limited, personal license to use ideas for home use only. Baby Sensory expressly forbids the right to reproduce any part of our lessons in any form. Confidentiality is paramount and will be maintained at all costs by Baby Sensory unless the law should request otherwise (i.e. child protection)
Photographs: Personal photography is allowed at all classes with the consent of all parents concerned. No photographs taken at classes can be used for anything other than personal use without written consent from baby sensory and the parents involved. We ask that sensitivity to this matter is maintained at all times. Full length videos of the class are not permitted under any circumstance. Nuneaton Baby Sensory cannot be held liable for the actions of third parties.
Valuables: Nuneaton Baby Sensory cannot accept any responsibility for the loss or damage of any of your personal possessions.
